In June of this year, Senate Finance Committee Chairman Ron Wyden (D-OR) and Senator Bill Cassidy (R-LA) introduced Legislation to allow Americans with Disabilities to work without worry. Their bipartisan bill would ensure Americans with disabilities would not lose Social Security benefits just because they are employed. The legislation was introduced to remove a Social Security work disincentive for Americans with disabilities. The Work Without Worry Act would allow Americans with disabilities to work to their full potential without causing them to lose out on higher Social Security benefits. https://www.finance.senate.gov/chairmans-news/wyden-and-cassidy-introduce-legislation-to-allow-americans-with-disabilities-to-work-without-worry
