TransitionTN Virtual Transition Fair – Independent Living Resources
On Tuesday, September 15 from 5:30-7:00 pm CDT, we are hosting a Virtual Transition Fair on Independent Living Skills. This event is suggested for students with disabilities, their families, and professionals that work with them. In this Virtual Transition Fair, several Centers for Independent Living and other Tennessee providers will present on independent living skills and their importance, residential service models, young people’s experiences with independent living, and ways to find these resources in your local community. You will have the opportunity to join a regional breakout room to learn more specific information and ask questions.
