What’s Out There to Help?

The road to adulthood for students with disabilities is filled with possibilities. Join us as we explore opportunities during this “virtual” transition event. Participants will gain information, resources, and tools on a wide range of services,
supports, and programs that are available to ALL Washington County Middle and High School students with disabilities and their families.

Agency representatives will inform us about:

  • ¨ Employment
  • ¨ Community integration
  • ¨ Special Education supports for students and families
  • ¨ Independent living
  • ¨ Disability advocacy and services
  • ¨ Health care transition
  • ¨ Post-secondary educational and training programs for students with disabilities
  • ¨ Transition school-to-work
  • ¨ New disability-related policies and programs

6:30 – 7:00 p.m. ET
Following the panel overview parents/students can choose to watch individual videos to learn more about each agency’s program.
