Transitioning from high school to adulthood for a student with a disability can take some extra planning that involves several steps and possible paths. It can be scary, but it’s an extremely rewarding journey when goals are achieved and dreams are realized.

Join us for a live Zoom training to learn ways that youth can use their self-advocacy skills to plan for the future they want. We’ll discuss some important things to know about being 18 or older. This training will be interactive, interesting, and incredibly FUN!

All transition-age students are encouraged to register for this FREE and informative training.

Date:    January 26, 2023

Time:   6:00 – 7:00 pm Eastern (5:00 – 6:00 pm Central)
