Understanding 504 and Civil Rights Workshop

This workshop is designed to provide an understanding of The Rehabilitation Act of 1973 Section 504. The purpose is to ensure that a child who has a disability identified under the law and is attending an elementary or secondary educational institution receives accommodations that will improve their academic success and access to the learning environment. The workshop is presented by Nevada PEP.
