TEIS Family-Focused Quarterly Lunch and Learn Series presentation.

This virtual training is for families of children served through Part C Tennessee Early Intervention Services (TEIS) to help them prepare for the transition to Part B services. The training provides practical information and guidance to help families understand the transition process and prepare for school-based special education services.

This training covers:

• Transitioning from TEIS to preschool
• Evaluation and eligibility
• School supports and services
• Understanding the IEP process
• Resources and next steps

Families will leave with a better understanding of the transition process, practical tools for navigating special education, and the confidence to actively participate as members of their child’s educational team.
